REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through GhostIQ (https://ghostiq.app), operated by Sole Proprietor Tkachov Mykyta.

All billing and payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. For questions about refunds, please contact us at support@ghostiq.app.

GENERAL POLICY

Due to the digital nature of GhostIQ and the immediate access granted to our software and Services upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds, pro-rated credits, or money-back guarantees, except where required by applicable law or at the discretion of Paddle as our Merchant of Record.

By purchasing a subscription to GhostIQ, you acknowledge and agree that you immediately lose your right of withdrawal for digital services that have been fully performed, subject to any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No future automated charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge or technical billing error).
  • The Services were unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side.
  • Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants a mandatory right of withdrawal.
  • Paddle, as Merchant of Record, determines a refund is warranted under their own policies.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact us at support@ghostiq.app with your account email and the details of your purchase. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund requests related to billing errors or Paddle's merchant policies may also be submitted directly to Paddle via their support channels.
